Online Pilates Mat
The Pilates Mat work relies on body weight and gravity and contains some of the most challenging exercises in the system. The core of it (pun intended) will be the Classical Mat work but be ready for some added fire in the form of variations and props. Props to have on hand: small 1-3lb hand weights, resistance bands, Pilates ball and magic circle.
