Pilates Mat
The Pilates Mat work relies on body weight and gravity and contains some of the most challenging exercises in the system. The core of it (pun intended) will be the Classical Mat work but be ready for some added fire in the form of variations and props. Props to have on hand: small 1-3 lb hand weights, resistance bands, pilates ball and ring.
Barre
TPP Barre classes are designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone the entire body. The body is challenged with small isometric exercises combined with center work to challenge balance and stability. Have a chair or steady surface to hold onto for balance. Drawing on Pilates principles the class finishes with abdominal work and floor work for a complete full-body workout. With a focus on form, our classes get results. *This class is set to music. Props to have on hand: small 1-3 lb hand weights, resistance bands, pilates ball and sliders.
Apparatus Sessions

Yoga -In studio
Align & Flow: Spend your Sunday morning moving with us. You will love this alignment based Yoga flow. All levels are welcome.
 
We recommend you bring your own yoga mat. Pilates mats will be available in the studio for use but your personal yoga mat works best for this class.
