Looking for equipment classes aka semi-privates sessions (duets, trios & quads)? Go to our Equipment Sessions tab found under Services.
If you are interested in joining one of our semi-private groups please contact the studio directly via email to be paired with students of like abilities.
Our goal is to find you the best group fit. Please note, we do not offer open level drop-in classes and completion of our intro session package is required for assessment prior to joining a group.

Choose a class from our library, click purchase and enjoy! A class link will be sent to you via email. Stream classes as many times as you’d like for 72 hours.
Sharing or screen recording of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Online Pilates Mat
The Pilates Mat work relies on body weight and gravity and contains some of the most challenging exercises in the system. The core of it (pun intended) will be the Classical Mat work but be ready for some added fire in the form of variations and props. Props to have on hand: small 1-3lb hand weights, resistance bands, Pilates ball and magic circle.
